License fees are determined by the number of IO that you use in Semca Automation.
Access to our basic support ticket system is included in a license.
Remote support and advanced support is not included and can be purchased seperatly. Please contact us for more information on this.
A single license gives you the ability to use the software on a single piece of hardware.
