ASMBLR Semca Automation is a software package which enables users to graphically configure an industrial installation or process, from water purification plants to transport- and packaging systems. All automatically programmed without the intervention of a programmer.

By using our software, an installation can be graphically configured by an engineer with technical project knowledge but without software knowledge. The available information and the engineer’s wishes are combined into one whole: ASMBLR Semca Automation.

Our software is designed from a process engineer’s point of view, which makes the software very intuitive. It allows for simple & quick writing and adaptation of complex software programs, without the support of an automation or software engineer. The software is standard equipped with an advanced data collection and trending package, whereby all process parameters can be logged and displayed in trend lines over longer periods. Besides, multiple parameters can be shown in one graph.

Only a single engineer is required for the entire (software) process, which normally consists of IO-testing and software development (control philosophy). This saves considerable costs on time and fine-tuning the software. If any adjustments are required later, these will be easily implemented by the same engineer. No interventions from an expensive programmer.
